My cage arrived promptly. Sadly the base clips had snapped. I emailed the company and replacements sent straight out, along with a free gift. Brilliant customer service.
Really great product at a great price. Unfortunately part of the cage was damaged in transit however they got straight onto a resolution and I had a replacement part within a couple of days. Would recommend.
The cage was easy to fit together, and didn’t take too long either.
It did however require some bending and forcing, as the bars came bent on one side and it caused misalignment between the sides and layers.
I have 3 boy rats and I’ve only built up the bottom two stories. This is more than enough room and they have so much room to play. It is so easy to clean and easy to open on all levels. Absolutely perfect. Thr kittle ramp on the bottom door is handy for my boys to come in and out off
I bought this cage last week and am incredibly happy with it. My son has put 4 baby rats in it and there is just so much space for them. Easy to put together and really good quality. Super easy to keep clean as there are so many doors, meaning you can reach every part of the cage with no trouble. Also sliding drawers at the bottom enable really easy cleaning. It’s ideal for baby rats as the bars have very narrow spacing. Honestly can’t recommend this cage highly enough!
I was a bit worried about ordering this cage because I only found 2 or 3 reviews online. It’s not the best quality quite a few bent bars and it’s a pain to put together. However once together its a very good cage, so much space and very easy to clean and most importantly my 4 ratties love it! So overall I am happy with this cage.
Love this cage and wished I had purchased it years ago. It is large but its by far the easiest cage I have ever put together. I am only very slightly built but managed to set this up by myself. Honestly, you do not need instructions, it is that easy!!!! The other great thing about it is that you can put baby ratties in and add the levels as they grow and need more space. The spacing is narrow so no escapes!! There are four large doors so extremely easy to keep clean. Thank you Little Friends, you have made my life a whole lot easier.
