How do I check my order?
Use the Track Your Order page with your order number and matching billing information.
Can I change my order after placing it?
Contact support as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed or dispatched, changes may not be possible.
Can I get a VAT invoice?
The terms page says you can contact Little Pet Warehouse if you require a VAT invoice.
Delivery

Delivery questions

How much is UK delivery?
Orders over £35 qualify for free UK Next Day delivery. Orders under £35 are charged £3.99 postage.
Is free Next Day delivery guaranteed?
Next Day delivery is usually achieved, but it is not guaranteed. Courier delays, busy periods, weather, bank holidays, address issues, failed delivery attempts or other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery times.
When will my order be dispatched?
Orders placed before the dispatch cut-off time are usually prepared and sent the same working day. Orders placed after the cut-off time, during weekends or on bank holidays may be processed on the next working day.
What if my parcel is delayed?
Check your tracking first, then contact support with your order number if the parcel has not updated or arrived. Tracking can sometimes update later after the courier scans the parcel at the next depot.

How do I choose the right cage size?
Always check the full dimensions, usable floor area, bar spacing and intended pet type before ordering. Use the Size Guide page for help.
Can product colours vary?
If a cage colour is important, contact support before ordering. Product colours can sometimes vary by stock and supplier.
What if I need product advice?
Send the product name, pet type and pet size before ordering so support can help you check whether it is likely to suit your setup.
