Are the product dimensions and sizes exact?
All dimensions provided on our product pages are approximate. While we strive for accuracy, slight variations can occur during manufacturing. We strongly advise customers to measure their available space to ensure the product will fit comfortably before placing an order.
Why does the product colour look different from the pictures?
The images on our website are for illustration purposes only. Product colours may appear different in person due to variations in lighting during photography or differences in screen displays.
Delivery
Is delivery free?
We are pleased to offer free next-day delivery on most orders. However, please be aware that this is not a guaranteed service. While we dispatch orders promptly, delivery times can vary due to factors beyond our control, such as courier delays, public holidays, or high demand.
How quickly will I receive my order?
We pride ourselves on fast dispatch and aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Most orders are delivered within 5 working days, but express options are often available. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse.
What happens if I'm not home for the delivery?
Our couriers operate with a "leave safe" policy for your convenience. If you are not home, they will attempt to leave your parcel in a designated safe place, with a neighbour, or will re-attempt delivery. You can specify your "leave safe" instructions at checkout to guide the driver.

How can I find a specific product?
You can use the search bar at the top of our website to look for any product by name. A dropdown menu will show you the most relevant products and categories related to your search.
Can I make changes to my order after placing it?
If you need to amend or cancel an order, please contact us immediately. We can only accommodate changes if the order has not yet been dispatched from our warehouse. For cancellations after the order has been picked, a restocking fee may apply.
What should I do if my order is late?
If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please check the tracking link provided in your dispatch email. If you need further assistance, contact our customer service team with your order number, and we will investigate with the courier.

Not sure why others had issues with cage doors.
We set it up and the doors are just right 🙂 I have 2 rescue girl rats… they love it!!! Good sturdy quality and looks great.
My partner and I ordered this for our first pet rats. It is a brilliant size for the two of them and even when they are fully grown there would be room for one or two more if we wanted. You can place the shelves where ever you want in the cage. We only put two of the higher shelves in to encourage more vertical exploring. I would have preferred plastic shelving to make it easier to clean but I have covered ours in felt so the wood doesn’t absorb.
The only problem we have is the small doors, while they are brilliant exit points for the rats when they want to come play they aren’t very useful when we want to clean. When we clean we unclip the metal for the base entirely to make it easier.
Overall still a brilliant cage and I really wp uld recommend it!
Really pleased with this cage. Plenty of room for 3 female rats. The doors are a bit small and we’ve had to adjust them to make sure they’re secure. It was easy to assemble just make sure the verticle bars are on the outside and it slots together quickly.

Great cage. Very spacious and comes with nice platforms and little house. The top opening is really useful but the doors on the front really could be bigger to be useful. Also I’m not sure the clasp fasteners would hold in a clever and determined rat. Once our new shy rat gets hidden in the underneath bit then we have to dismantle the cage to find him as there’s no other access! Otherwise it’s a really fab cage.

Absolutley brilliant service, ordered at 12, delivered following day at 11, really pleased with that. Product… Amazing, we love this cage, I assembled it in less than 5 minutes and the little ratters were installed and happy in no time, we have added lots of toy and things to keep our 2 rats happy and entertained, really pleased with my choice. There were a couple of bits missing from the box when I assembled, but a quick phone call and they were delivered the following morning no problem. I had looked around before buying this cage and as a first time rodent keeper wasn’t sure if I was buying the right thing, but I cannot stress enough this is brilliant, and for the price its a no brainer, completely delighted with the product and its inhabitants, highly recommend the product and the company, a pleasure to deal with, I will be using them again.

A great stylish cage, easy to put together and our baby girls love it. The wood shelves don’t look that easy to clean but would be easily replaced. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because if the side doors were larger it would be perfect! The top opening lid is very handy though. Great customer service too : )
