Are the product dimensions and sizes exact?
All dimensions provided on our product pages are approximate. While we strive for accuracy, slight variations can occur during manufacturing. We strongly advise customers to measure their available space to ensure the product will fit comfortably before placing an order.
Why does the product colour look different from the pictures?
The images on our website are for illustration purposes only. Product colours may appear different in person due to variations in lighting during photography or differences in screen displays.
Delivery
Is delivery free?
We are pleased to offer free next-day delivery on most orders. However, please be aware that this is not a guaranteed service. While we dispatch orders promptly, delivery times can vary due to factors beyond our control, such as courier delays, public holidays, or high demand.
How quickly will I receive my order?
We pride ourselves on fast dispatch and aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Most orders are delivered within 5 working days, but express options are often available. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse.
What happens if I'm not home for the delivery?
Our couriers operate with a "leave safe" policy for your convenience. If you are not home, they will attempt to leave your parcel in a designated safe place, with a neighbour, or will re-attempt delivery. You can specify your "leave safe" instructions at checkout to guide the driver.

Can I make changes to my order after placing it?
If you need to amend or cancel an order, please contact us immediately. We can only accommodate changes if the order has not yet been dispatched from our warehouse. For cancellations after the order has been picked, a restocking fee may apply.
What should I do if my order is late?
If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please check the tracking link provided in your dispatch email. If you need further assistance, contact our customer service team with your order number, and we will investigate with the courier.

This is fantastic my daughters rats love it so sleep in. It’s great value and postage was super fast. Very pleased with the purchase.
I have two of the quilted ones of these igloos and they are my chinchillas favourite sleeping place. Obviously he has had them a while, so the inside isn’t as soft and comfy, so I decided it was time for another for this cold weather, he is over the moon, he even loves to sit on top of it 🙂 I’ll be back for more no doubt! What I would love to see is a summer one, as he still loves to sleep in there in summer but has to move when it gets too hot, obviously. I made a leather cushion to go inside but he hated that, so if there are any summer ones, with cooler material, please do let me know, he would be so grateful 😀

This is huge and my 4 big rats can all fit inside with loads of space spare. You could easily fit 8 or 9 rats in it. My boys love it.
The washing instructions say to hand wash, but I stick it in the washing machine on a cool wash and have had no problems.

Bought this item for my chinchillas to snuggle in, however only one seems to have the idea, the other lays on top, either way it is perfect for them and would recommend to any small pet owner!
