Are the product dimensions and sizes exact?
All dimensions provided on our product pages are approximate. While we strive for accuracy, slight variations can occur during manufacturing. We strongly advise customers to measure their available space to ensure the product will fit comfortably before placing an order.​
Why does the product colour look different from the pictures?
The images on our website are for illustration purposes only. Product colours may appear different in person due to variations in lighting during photography or differences in screen displays.
Delivery
Is delivery free?
We are pleased to offer free next-day delivery on most orders. However, please be aware that this is not a guaranteed service. While we dispatch orders promptly, delivery times can vary due to factors beyond our control, such as courier delays, public holidays, or high demand.​
How quickly will I receive my order?
We pride ourselves on fast dispatch and aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Most orders are delivered within 5 working days, but express options are often available. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse.​
What happens if I'm not home for the delivery?
Our couriers operate with a "leave safe" policy for your convenience. If you are not home, they will attempt to leave your parcel in a designated safe place, with a neighbour, or will re-attempt delivery. You can specify your "leave safe" instructions at checkout to guide the driver.​

How can I find a specific product?
You can use the search bar at the top of our website to look for any product by name. A dropdown menu will show you the most relevant products and categories related to your search.​
Can I make changes to my order after placing it?
If you need to amend or cancel an order, please contact us immediately. We can only accommodate changes if the order has not yet been dispatched from our warehouse. For cancellations after the order has been picked, a restocking fee may apply.​
What should I do if my order is late?
If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please check the tracking link provided in your dispatch email. If you need further assistance, contact our customer service team with your order number, and we will investigate with the courier.
Lovely well made cosy bed for a excellent price. My ferret looks so cosy I wish it was big enough for me to climb into 🙂 Love that it is off the cage floor so if my ferret is lazy and goes to the loo on her cage floor instead of her litter tray the bed stays clean
Used for my 2 guineas , perfect size for adult pigs they are a well used item in our cage so soft & comfy for them.
Haven’t used it in my cage yet, just unboxed it. Just as high quality as everything else I have ordered and I love it. So excited to use it all as I bought this entire chocolate set. Really big, a little wonky but can easily get straightened!! I seriously love this website.

Very fast delivery rcvd the day after ordered… This was ordered for my marmoset monkey and he hasnt been out of it since I bought it forget his expensive blankets and bed he sleeps, plays, eats and generaly loves this thing. I may have to get a few more for when its cleaning time, thankyou I have never seen bubbles so happy than when he saw his new igloo!! One happy monkey mum.. Kim 🙂
