Are the product dimensions and sizes exact?
All dimensions provided on our product pages are approximate. While we strive for accuracy, slight variations can occur during manufacturing. We strongly advise customers to measure their available space to ensure the product will fit comfortably before placing an order.
Why does the product colour look different from the pictures?
The images on our website are for illustration purposes only. Product colours may appear different in person due to variations in lighting during photography or differences in screen displays.
Delivery
Is delivery free?
We are pleased to offer free next-day delivery on most orders. However, please be aware that this is not a guaranteed service. While we dispatch orders promptly, delivery times can vary due to factors beyond our control, such as courier delays, public holidays, or high demand.
How quickly will I receive my order?
We pride ourselves on fast dispatch and aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Most orders are delivered within 5 working days, but express options are often available. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse.
What happens if I'm not home for the delivery?
Our couriers operate with a "leave safe" policy for your convenience. If you are not home, they will attempt to leave your parcel in a designated safe place, with a neighbour, or will re-attempt delivery. You can specify your "leave safe" instructions at checkout to guide the driver.

How can I find a specific product?

Can I make changes to my order after placing it?
If you need to amend or cancel an order, please contact us immediately. We can only accommodate changes if the order has not yet been dispatched from our warehouse. For cancellations after the order has been picked, a restocking fee may apply.
What should I do if my order is late?
If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please check the tracking link provided in your dispatch email. If you need further assistance, contact our customer service team with your order number, and we will investigate with the courier.
We bought this cage as a backup for our two rescue rats. It’s tricky to assemble and flimsy once set up. The top corner brackets get lost as they detach. They immediately peed down the side of it and it stained at the back. It’s sub ideal to hang hammocks from the back grating and the wood in it gets quite stained and wet and is harder to clean than metal with substrate. The shelf on the lower part is too narrow for our big boys who are now 5 and this is their b cage for when we need to move them. but they do love to nest inside it. I would not recommend it for its construction. There are other cages of similar size that are better. The
We use to have the Cozy Pet RC03 amazing cage no doubt but way too big when you’ve gone down from 6 boi rattos down to just 1.
You could see the size of the cage was becoming a concern we we decided to downsize and by chance into something that is not just perfect (easily host three rats) but it looks amazing too!
The colours and back panel make it fit seamlessly into our living room without overly standing out as a rat cage.
Construction is good and solid once all put together! Not quite able to get as many hammocks in as we should have liked but we have a very happy rat who’s in the latter stage of his life. A cage that’s much more manageable in size for him and we can still have him out for handling for most of the later afternoon until we go to bed around 11pm.
Certainly will be getting more Rats when our existing one come to the end but it’s great knowing he’s got a comfortable new cage that’s going to see him through until the end.

It’s a good, nicely designed cage.
Measurements are a bit smaller than it says – length 77 cm, width 47 cm.
It wasn’t secured properly for transportation by a manufacturer so tray arrived broken in two corners.
However we are making our own bottom part (tray is only 13 cm deep, which isn’t enough for hamsters) so I didn’t bother to return it.
Our hammy loves the stairs, climbing on a
shelf and a bottom one is actually a house, where she hides her food. She seems happy there. Also she likes to cool down
next to copper back part of it.
We appreciate the fact that shelves and stairs are made of wood and it was one of the main reasons why we bought it.
