Return Policy:
- All returns must be initiated within 14 days of the delivery date. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund.
- Returns are accepted for products that are unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. If the item(s) returned do not meet this requirement, we reserve the right to refuse the refund.
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at sales@littlepetwarehouse.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a returns form to complete and return with your item(s).
- Customers are responsible for the return shipping fees, and we recommend using a trackable shipping method for your protection. We cannot be held responsible for items that are lost or damaged during return shipping.
- Once the return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to the original payment method. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Refunds may take up to 14 business days to process.
- We do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different size or product, please initiate a return for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
- If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will do our best to resolve the issue and provide a replacement or refund.
- In the case of a faulty product, please note that you may be entitled to a repair or replacement under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Please contact our customer service team for further assistance.
- If you have changed your mind and wish to cancel your order, please contact our customer service team within 14 days of placing your order. If your order has already been shipped, you will need to follow the returns process outlined above.
