Are the product dimensions and sizes exact?
All dimensions provided on our product pages are approximate. While we strive for accuracy, slight variations can occur during manufacturing. We strongly advise customers to measure their available space to ensure the product will fit comfortably before placing an order.
Why does the product colour look different from the pictures?
The images on our website are for illustration purposes only. Product colours may appear different in person due to variations in lighting during photography or differences in screen displays.
Delivery
Is delivery free?
We are pleased to offer free next-day delivery on most orders. However, please be aware that this is not a guaranteed service. While we dispatch orders promptly, delivery times can vary due to factors beyond our control, such as courier delays, public holidays, or high demand.
How quickly will I receive my order?
We pride ourselves on fast dispatch and aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Most orders are delivered within 5 working days, but express options are often available. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse.
What happens if I'm not home for the delivery?
Our couriers operate with a "leave safe" policy for your convenience. If you are not home, they will attempt to leave your parcel in a designated safe place, with a neighbour, or will re-attempt delivery. You can specify your "leave safe" instructions at checkout to guide the driver.

How can I find a specific product?
You can use the search bar at the top of our website to look for any product by name. A dropdown menu will show you the most relevant products and categories related to your search.
Can I make changes to my order after placing it?
If you need to amend or cancel an order, please contact us immediately. We can only accommodate changes if the order has not yet been dispatched from our warehouse. For cancellations after the order has been picked, a restocking fee may apply.
What should I do if my order is late?
If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please check the tracking link provided in your dispatch email. If you need further assistance, contact our customer service team with your order number, and we will investigate with the courier.
My gerbils choose to live in the glass base area and they go up to the wooden platforms to urinate and defecate, which means that, despite scrubbing and cleaning regularly, the wood now smells.
Very impressed by Little Pet Warehouse service. The cage was despatched very quickly and they refunded the postage as I had added it on, not realising postage was free on big orders. Gerbilarium is very sturdy and spacious with the 3 levels, my gerbils seem to love it! One word of caution – the box is so well packaged with lots of bubblewrap as protection that I almost didn’t spot the packaged up clips which are necessary to hold the cage part together. Excellent value with the summer sale.
I’m very happy with my purchase. The cage was well packed and delivered within 2 working days, very fast! The cage itself looks nice and my hamsters love it. The glass tank is easy to clean and perfect for watching the hamsters! The doors are very small so the wire part needs to be removed when cleaning and rearranging, which is a bit annoying. Also, the accessories that came with, like the wheel and house, are not big enough and I bought bigger ones in appropriate sizes. Most cages come with tiny wheels and houses so I guess that would be a problem with any cage. Overall, I had a great experience with the Little Pet Warehouse and my hamsters are happy!
The house was cracked (it didn’t come packaged well so it obviously cracked) and the bottom glass tank had four plastic corners that came unattached where the glue hadn’t stuck properly. A little bit disappointed as this makes the quality seem quite poor, but the cage is large and the design is quite nice. Quite fiddly when it comes to taking the cage off and on again for cleaning.
Probably could find a better cage for this price
