Are the product dimensions and sizes exact?
All dimensions provided on our product pages are approximate. While we strive for accuracy, slight variations can occur during manufacturing. We strongly advise customers to measure their available space to ensure the product will fit comfortably before placing an order.
Why does the product colour look different from the pictures?
The images on our website are for illustration purposes only. Product colours may appear different in person due to variations in lighting during photography or differences in screen displays.
Delivery
Is delivery free?
We are pleased to offer free next-day delivery on most orders. However, please be aware that this is not a guaranteed service. While we dispatch orders promptly, delivery times can vary due to factors beyond our control, such as courier delays, public holidays, or high demand.
How quickly will I receive my order?
We pride ourselves on fast dispatch and aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Most orders are delivered within 5 working days, but express options are often available. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse.
What happens if I'm not home for the delivery?
Our couriers operate with a "leave safe" policy for your convenience. If you are not home, they will attempt to leave your parcel in a designated safe place, with a neighbour, or will re-attempt delivery. You can specify your "leave safe" instructions at checkout to guide the driver.

How can I find a specific product?

Can I make changes to my order after placing it?
If you need to amend or cancel an order, please contact us immediately. We can only accommodate changes if the order has not yet been dispatched from our warehouse. For cancellations after the order has been picked, a restocking fee may apply.
What should I do if my order is late?
If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please check the tracking link provided in your dispatch email. If you need further assistance, contact our customer service team with your order number, and we will investigate with the courier.

It is plenty big enough for x2 boys and has lots of openings for access and cleaning.

So happy with the size and the product is really sturdy, putting it together took me ten minutes on my own there’s a square piece of metal that was attached to the Base not sure what it’s for, packaging was squashed with holes in but I’m very happy with the overall standard of the product highly recommend
I bought this cage to house 2 male guinea pigs and it is an excellent size.
The sizing in the description (140cm x 69cm) is based on the external dimensions. The internal size of the base is 130cm long x 61cm wide. Still plenty of space for my 2 piggies.
I looked at lots of indoor cages and this is by far the best price for the size. Cages half the size cost more than this in high street stores.
To give a representation of just how big this cage is, it is the same size as my dining table that seats 6 people easily.
Delivery time was brilliant. I ordered early Friday morning and it was delivered Monday.

Really pleased with this product. It arrived within a day of ordering. The guy I spoke to was very helpful. I wasn’t sure what to expect on the doors as the picture wasn’t clear, but it has two top opening doors and 2 drop down front doors so easily accessible from all angles! I have 3 guineapigs in this cage and I have made my own wooden bed area up one end and they have loads of room left to run around in. I have 3 very happy piggies now. Good value too as I researched a lot, and this was by far the cheapest for this size.
This cage is so much cheaper than any others I’ve bought before, but the quality is pretty good. The base is bowing out a bit so the bars are curving a bit too, however I think it is safe and reliable for my piggies to live in.
For something £100 pounds cheaper than the last one I bought elsewhere I’m satisfied and so are my piggies. Thank you
Tis is amazing for the price and is a decent size for 2 piggies! my little girls are moving in next week! rescued them from a charity and I’m really looking forward to giving them a new home in this high quality cage!

Plenty if room to run, hop and play with their toys.
A very sturdy cage and the tray is high enough that the wood shavings don’t get kick out.
My only criticism is, that it’s a shame you don’t make a 2-3 storey version the same size.
