Are the product dimensions and sizes exact?
All dimensions provided on our product pages are approximate. While we strive for accuracy, slight variations can occur during manufacturing. We strongly advise customers to measure their available space to ensure the product will fit comfortably before placing an order.
Why does the product colour look different from the pictures?
The images on our website are for illustration purposes only. Product colours may appear different in person due to variations in lighting during photography or differences in screen displays.
Delivery
Is delivery free?
We are pleased to offer free next-day delivery on most orders. However, please be aware that this is not a guaranteed service. While we dispatch orders promptly, delivery times can vary due to factors beyond our control, such as courier delays, public holidays, or high demand.
How quickly will I receive my order?
We pride ourselves on fast dispatch and aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Most orders are delivered within 5 working days, but express options are often available. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse.
What happens if I'm not home for the delivery?
Our couriers operate with a "leave safe" policy for your convenience. If you are not home, they will attempt to leave your parcel in a designated safe place, with a neighbour, or will re-attempt delivery. You can specify your "leave safe" instructions at checkout to guide the driver.

How can I find a specific product?
You can use the search bar at the top of our website to look for any product by name. A dropdown menu will show you the most relevant products and categories related to your search.
Can I make changes to my order after placing it?
If you need to amend or cancel an order, please contact us immediately. We can only accommodate changes if the order has not yet been dispatched from our warehouse. For cancellations after the order has been picked, a restocking fee may apply.
What should I do if my order is late?
If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please check the tracking link provided in your dispatch email. If you need further assistance, contact our customer service team with your order number, and we will investigate with the courier.

Great rabbit cage cheap good price as I’ve got them easy to but up easy to clean easy to put down cage not to large great for my rabbits lop and lionheads only one rabbit in one cage but could get 2 in but I have them apart as could fight if I had ginene pigs loads of room for them and cheaper then the pet shops and Amazon uk couldn’t get better for 58.99 u not getting cheaper then only have to wait for 4 days for free delivery not to bad and for that price might of walk wait and I get a day and time when deivery on it way a day before it comes and the time text u on the day and if you not home u can text back to the driver and ask him or she to but them in a safe place or lev the with neighbour

Cage very sturdy .
Nice size cage for my guinea pigs. They were a bit hesitant to use the ramp, but I stuck a flexitube to it, and now they’re up and down it all day!

hi I am 10 and I managed to make the cage all on my own. It was quite loud to make though and my mum was telling me off! I haven’t got my guinea pigs yet but when I do I think they will love! it

I bought this on a Friday mid afternoon and it arrived before noon on the Monday I was very impressed. The cage has got to be one of the easiest cages to build.
