Are the product dimensions and sizes exact?
All dimensions provided on our product pages are approximate. While we strive for accuracy, slight variations can occur during manufacturing. We strongly advise customers to measure their available space to ensure the product will fit comfortably before placing an order.
Why does the product colour look different from the pictures?
The images on our website are for illustration purposes only. Product colours may appear different in person due to variations in lighting during photography or differences in screen displays.
Delivery
Is delivery free?
We are pleased to offer free next-day delivery on most orders. However, please be aware that this is not a guaranteed service. While we dispatch orders promptly, delivery times can vary due to factors beyond our control, such as courier delays, public holidays, or high demand.
How quickly will I receive my order?
We pride ourselves on fast dispatch and aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Most orders are delivered within 5 working days, but express options are often available. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse.
What happens if I'm not home for the delivery?
Our couriers operate with a "leave safe" policy for your convenience. If you are not home, they will attempt to leave your parcel in a designated safe place, with a neighbour, or will re-attempt delivery. You can specify your "leave safe" instructions at checkout to guide the driver.

Can I make changes to my order after placing it?
If you need to amend or cancel an order, please contact us immediately. We can only accommodate changes if the order has not yet been dispatched from our warehouse. For cancellations after the order has been picked, a restocking fee may apply.
What should I do if my order is late?
If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please check the tracking link provided in your dispatch email. If you need further assistance, contact our customer service team with your order number, and we will investigate with the courier.
The reason this product has two stars is for two reasons…. the staff at LPH when my first tray arrived damaged and getting me a replacement sent out next day, and the second the tray itself.
I originally purchased this thinking 2 large ish access doors, and large top opening, plus recommended floor length and width for my rats meant it would be a good alternative for my critter nation which i had to part with due to it just being too physically hard for me to clean out with my multiple physical disabilities. However, if you want something that does that for you, this is not it!! Yes its easier as in the tray means you tip it into a bin bag, but gosh where to start with the actual frame structure!!
The structure itself, yes it all slides together like the Furplast Furat, but it doesn’t stay together. you clip it in place but when you lift it the plugs keeping it together pop off, if you push down hard to make sure it all goes in correctly it pushes up in a different area, the bars are very bendy and flimsy, luckily i have my girls in this cage because it certainly wouldn’t hold in my boys!! Then we get to the top… the plastic top is bendy and flimsy (baring in mind it is just a cut out rectangle but i was expecting something with a bit more sturdiness especially for the price! Then you have the 2 pieces on metal bars that act like a flip top cage entry… and the terribly designed locks to keep it all together, you have to pull the bars to the lock entrance to then lock it otherwise it doesn’t fit.
The shelves I would say werent too bad, except they’re heavy ish, the ladders up to them aren’t great, and they don’t fit properly without it being a fight to get them in place. and then the side clips holding the cage to the frame…. literally as much use as a chocolate fireguard!!
This review is after 2 cleans. The first I thought I’d not put it together correctly, but i took it all apart, redid it and the same has happened again. I feel stuck with a cage I absolutely hate and is no good for me or the needs of my rats because i daren’t hang anything from the bars in fear of the girls bending them and being able to escape.
I also bought the stand with this… honestly don’t waste your money… if you want something foldable, simple and of decent quality, just go get the furplast or even the Coco or Mamble… Theyre all brilliant. If you are looking for an easier clean and a bit more compact version of the bigger cages, don’t bother, get the Critter Nation, Savic Royal Suite or Little Zoo Venturer. The Aventura on here isn’t too bad either. But it would have been easier for me to just get smaller custom acrylic trays for my cage, instead of this absolute joke of a cake that I’m stuck with!!
Also don’t get the stand… I’ll be reviewing that too, but essentially, even brand new put up, it was wobbly and the front clip lock wheels didn’t help at all, I would honestly really think twice before getting the plaza!!
Being a novice to hamster ownership my first cage was too small and our little hamster was bar chewing. Following advice (need min 100x50cage) this is perfect and I now have one very happy hamster with lots of room to play!
