Are the product dimensions and sizes exact?
All dimensions provided on our product pages are approximate. While we strive for accuracy, slight variations can occur during manufacturing. We strongly advise customers to measure their available space to ensure the product will fit comfortably before placing an order.
Why does the product colour look different from the pictures?
The images on our website are for illustration purposes only. Product colours may appear different in person due to variations in lighting during photography or differences in screen displays.
Delivery
Is delivery free?
We are pleased to offer free next-day delivery on most orders. However, please be aware that this is not a guaranteed service. While we dispatch orders promptly, delivery times can vary due to factors beyond our control, such as courier delays, public holidays, or high demand.
How quickly will I receive my order?
We pride ourselves on fast dispatch and aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Most orders are delivered within 5 working days, but express options are often available. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse.
What happens if I'm not home for the delivery?
Our couriers operate with a "leave safe" policy for your convenience. If you are not home, they will attempt to leave your parcel in a designated safe place, with a neighbour, or will re-attempt delivery. You can specify your "leave safe" instructions at checkout to guide the driver.

Can I make changes to my order after placing it?
If you need to amend or cancel an order, please contact us immediately. We can only accommodate changes if the order has not yet been dispatched from our warehouse. For cancellations after the order has been picked, a restocking fee may apply.
What should I do if my order is late?
If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please check the tracking link provided in your dispatch email. If you need further assistance, contact our customer service team with your order number, and we will investigate with the courier.
Happy with size of cage only issue as people have said before is the top doesn’t line up quite right
Really pleased with the structure of this cage. Really easy to access the levels & can easily see our rat boys whilst they have plenty of hammocks & enrichment. Seems good value compared to our previous cage.

Absolutely superb company. I recently ordered a large cage for my 2 rat’s. Order and payment went very smoothly via their website. My item was shipped very quickly and I was kept informed on its progress right up to delivery. There was a minor hiccup on unpacking as one part was missing. However all credit to them, I sent an email notifying and identifying the missing part and they immediately packaged up and sent out the missing piece. The cage itself is perfect for 2 rat’s with different levels for exercise. It was very easy to put together and although 2 people would be better for building I did do it on my own. Just take your time. Highly recommend this company and my 2 rat’s love their new cage.
I was originally wishing to buy the 3 level cage, as this was unavailable I purchase the 5 level. Firstly the downside, there aren’t any build instructions, however my 9 yr old and I figured it out from looking at the picture of the cage. The cage corners are slightly wider than the other bars, this said we have young rats and they can’t squeeze through, so no complaints re this. I’ve had to use a little clip provided on the bottom of the metal cage door as I was concerned that they may be able to squeeze through. Overall I’m happy with this cage and would recommend, it’s more smartly designed than other cages I viewed, with the added bonus of wheels. Another bonus which the site doesn’t state is that you can make the cage, a one level , 3 level or 5 level. I’ve kept mine at 3 level as they are young and will add the other levels are they grow. The one level option will be handy if we need to take them away with us to transport.
It’s a brilliant sized cage but doesnt fit well together, the doors rattle so we’ve had to use zip ties to make sure it doesn’t open. The sections don’t fit flush together which is a shame.

I can rest assured that when he’s not playing out that he has lots of space to play around in. It did take me a while to erect since mine only came with a picture and this is the only reason I give it 4 * and not 5 *. I would highly recommend
Love this cage. Plenty room with the 5 levels for our 3 female rats.
Previous cage 1 kept escaping from but hasn’t from this.
So impressed with the cage going to purchase a other for our degus.
