Are the product dimensions and sizes exact?
All dimensions provided on our product pages are approximate. While we strive for accuracy, slight variations can occur during manufacturing. We strongly advise customers to measure their available space to ensure the product will fit comfortably before placing an order.
Why does the product colour look different from the pictures?
The images on our website are for illustration purposes only. Product colours may appear different in person due to variations in lighting during photography or differences in screen displays.
Delivery
Is delivery free?
We are pleased to offer free next-day delivery on most orders. However, please be aware that this is not a guaranteed service. While we dispatch orders promptly, delivery times can vary due to factors beyond our control, such as courier delays, public holidays, or high demand.
How quickly will I receive my order?
We pride ourselves on fast dispatch and aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Most orders are delivered within 5 working days, but express options are often available. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse.
What happens if I'm not home for the delivery?
Our couriers operate with a "leave safe" policy for your convenience. If you are not home, they will attempt to leave your parcel in a designated safe place, with a neighbour, or will re-attempt delivery. You can specify your "leave safe" instructions at checkout to guide the driver.

How can I find a specific product?
You can use the search bar at the top of our website to look for any product by name. A dropdown menu will show you the most relevant products and categories related to your search.
Can I make changes to my order after placing it?
If you need to amend or cancel an order, please contact us immediately. We can only accommodate changes if the order has not yet been dispatched from our warehouse. For cancellations after the order has been picked, a restocking fee may apply.
What should I do if my order is late?
If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please check the tracking link provided in your dispatch email. If you need further assistance, contact our customer service team with your order number, and we will investigate with the courier.

These hammocks are perfect to provide a snuggly and cosy bed and hideaway for our rats. They love cuddling up inside. A quality item but so affordable.
Not suitable for pets. Still not sure my baby won’t lose her foot we did manage to cut it off but not sure how long she had been like that. It’s very scary to think what would have happened had we not seen her. She is still not using her foot but this only happened last night and pouch only been in a week
My little rats are loving the new hammock, they use it all day every day.
So cute and the luxury chocolate set looks amazing. High quality and from originally owning the black quilted set this piece is slightly thinner. Way more comfortable for my girls though.
These are by far my mischiefs favourite hammocks. All 8 girls love piling in, although I have to have two or there are squabbles 🙂 Such a great price too so I can have plenty to swap out.
This is the best hammock I have bought, the lining is so soft and warm. It was bigger then expected and good quality. My Rats are impressed, I can tell 🙂
Ordered 2 of these Sunday along with a couple of igloos and they arrived Wednesday so great delivery.
