Delivery Policy:
- We currently only deliver within the United Kingdom. We do not ship abroad.
- All orders are shipped within 1–3 business days from the date of purchase. Please note that business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
- We offer free next working day delivery on all orders over £35. For orders under £35, a flat-rate shipping fee of £3.99 applies.
- We use a variety of courier services to deliver our orders, including Royal Mail and DPD. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
- Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the courier service used. Please allow up to 5–7 business days for standard delivery if your order does not qualify for next-day shipping.
- If you require guaranteed next-day delivery and your order is under £35, this can be selected at the checkout for an additional fee.
- We are not responsible for any delays or damages caused by the courier service. However, if you experience any issues with your delivery, please contact our customer service team and we will do our best to assist you.
