Had a small issue which was resolved straight away, this company is much better than bigger rivals and customer service is excellent. Would definitely buy from here again
The cage itself is great i love the design, however the plastic does feel a bit flimsy- but it does the job :)The platform arrived broken but i got a replacement (and extras!) shipped the next day. I recommend.
This is a fantastic starter cage but you will need to upgrade for an adult Syrian hamster. The tubes are a little fiddly to put together. The delivery was super fast and one of the parts came damaged but that was replaced within a few days! Superb customer service!

I purchased this product after reading several excellent reviews. It was a little fiddly to put together the tubes and I’m not entirely confident that they are sturdy enough, however we have just housed our first hamster and he seems to be enjoying exploring it with plenty of space to move around and a fantastic deep base to burrow.
I was particularly impressed with the after sales customer service I received however .
I was highly satisfied with this cage. It’s a birthday gift for grandson today. Hope he is happy, and new guinea pig too.
