I purchased this cage for my daughters Syrian hamster as the one we had been originally sold by the pet shop was too small! Her hamster is so much happier in this cage as it is the correct size for a syrian although the wheel and house are far too small so we have replaced them. It was easy to put together and the delivery was super fast.
Brought for an elderly gerbil who can’t manage a traditional gerbil cage, he was in a tank cage and was depressed, he absolutely loves his new cage and is very happy
Good cage, elderly gerbil is very happy, but the base arrived with a large crack in, we have fixed the crack with some tape, but I feel that better packaging would be advantageous.
Good size cage but flimsy, not very sturdy and the wheel is way to small for a hamster. Plenty of floor space and easy to assemble.
A really good cage. It seems lovely and sturdy with lots of room. It’s much bigger than it looks on the photos! My one complaint is the front door is too small to get my rats out easily and the clasp is loose. I wish the door were over double that size to let you get your hand and rat out together!
Fab cage easy to put together and easy open top access. My little ladies are loving it
On the whole its a nice cage however the untreated plywood shelf soaks up pee and looks awful within days and the wheel is flimsy and has broken within a few weeks. It also started off very noisy until I used some olive oil.
It’s a good size cage, however for a larger animal the added extras are far to small. The main reason I brought this cage was for a active female syrian hamster who has been attempting to qualify for the British gymnastic team at the next Olympics. I’m really impressed her only way out is the top roof exit which she is still to master. Package arrived really quickly,with good communication from seller
Absolutely the best cage I have ever bought. I have a naughty hamster that likes to escape the cage and and being on final and cage number 3 this cage is brilliant, enough space, great opening from the top which allows you to clean the cage much easily than the front opening. Brixie is super happy in her cage
Already purchased a different cage in which I was totally disappointed. Then purchased the Grosvenor which I cannot fault. Excellent product. ( Will say wheel far to small for a Syrian hamster – so changed that.
