This cage is supplied in a folded, flat-packed form for efficient shipping and will require some minor assembly to ensure it is fully secure and sturdy once set up.
Assembly involves the following steps:

Securing the Hooks & Loops: The cage panels are designed with small metal loops/hooks that need to be properly fastened around the adjoining vertical bars to lock the structure in place.

Use of Pliers (Not Included): We recommend using a pair of pliers to gently crimp these loops. Carefully squeeze each loop so that it tightens securely around the vertical bars. This process will stabilise the frame, reduce gaps (particularly in the corners), and ensure the cage is safe and secure for use.

Work Slowly & Carefully: Please take your time during this step to avoid bending the bars excessively. Properly crimping these loops is a crucial part of the assembly to ensure the cage’s intended strength and stability.
This method of assembly is standard for cages of this design and allows for a durable, secure build when done correctly. Failure to complete this assembly step may result in the cage feeling unstable or misaligned.

I brought this cage a number of years ago, it’s stood up to the test of time brilliantly. I originally brought it to house 4 Guinea pigs, and they loved it. It now houses 4 rabbits comfortably, the ladders (after at least 6 years) are no more! But that doesn’t bother the rabbits as they just hop up & down! Would highly recommend this cage to anyone who is looking for a big cage that will stand the test of time
Bought to take our baby rabbit on holiday with us, it was easy to assemble and packs down small. Secure enough to stop her escaping and the 3 tiers was enough to entertain her for the week (with regular coming out to play) I wouldn’t want it as a full time hutch with an adult rabbit unless they had access to a run/ had free roam of the house.
Cage is ok but needs a raised edge to the opening on each floor as the shavings etc drop down/off. Also needs some sort of hide or shelter whi h is not included.
This product is simply awesome.
Simple to put together. I did it in 10 minutes on my own.
My rabbits love it.
At first I thought the ramps were too steep and sloppy but it didn’t take them long to figure it out.
They investigate each layer to find their various treats and toys
Wish I’d bought it sooner
I brought this for my two outdoor rabbits to bring them inside over any harsh nights. Though this is a great price, and THE CUSTOMER SERVICE OF THIS COMPANY IS ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC, this is not really suitable for rabbits. The ramps up to the tiers simply don’t allow enough stability or space for a rabbit to move freely within them. My two 2 year old rabbits, and my 17 week old house rabbit were confined to a single tier.
This product is simply awesome.
