Even after measuring it, it’s so much bigger than I was anticipating!
Delivery was fast, however when it first arrived the bottom corner of the base tray as cracked, having emailed it was quickly replaced.
Putting together was quite easy however when taking either top level off the back panel does fall in but that’s easily rectifiable.
We have one dwarf rabbit who after a few days is still rather confused by the ladders but is happy for the extra space!
Hoping he’ll grow to love it and very happy overall with the cage and contact with the company. Would definitely recommend and will be buying from again in the future!
Once they are comfortable in it I’m sure our piggies will love it as much as the family do. The instructions to put it together could be better, that is the only negative thing I can say. Very happy with everything else.

I have been looking for a 3 tiered caged for quite a while and was slightly dubious given the very low sale price. However, I needn’t have worried, delivery was free and fast, coming in the alocated 1 hour time slot and the cage itself is just what we wanted. It was easy to assemble, sturdy and the specified size.
My only grumble is the smoothness of the ladders, my piggies tend to slide down them rather than climb and have to gear themselves up to go up, but they are easy to cover and most are already used to it.
Overall, great service, product an price, will defiantly be ordering from The Little Pet Warehouse again.

Giving five stars the quality isn’t bad or good, my rabbits are enjoying the extra room and delivery was very quick will definitely buy again very pleased with the cages all in all.
The item was easy to assemble, although instructions were not very clear. Took me around 20 minutes to assemble. For guinea pigs, I’d advise attaching carpet off cuts, fleece or towelling to the stairs for them to get better traction. Mine prefer a brick under the bottom of the stairs too to make it less steep, but yours may not need that. If your cavy housing is larger, put it in your preferred level before you assembling, or put it in the top level. It took mine a couple of days to master the stairs as they have never used anything like that before, now they are unstoppable! Also easy to clean out.
