Are the product dimensions and sizes exact?
All dimensions provided on our product pages are approximate. While we strive for accuracy, slight variations can occur during manufacturing. We strongly advise customers to measure their available space to ensure the product will fit comfortably before placing an order.
Why does the product colour look different from the pictures?
The images on our website are for illustration purposes only. Product colours may appear different in person due to variations in lighting during photography or differences in screen displays.
Delivery
Is delivery free?
We are pleased to offer free next-day delivery on most orders. However, please be aware that this is not a guaranteed service. While we dispatch orders promptly, delivery times can vary due to factors beyond our control, such as courier delays, public holidays, or high demand.
How quickly will I receive my order?
We pride ourselves on fast dispatch and aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Most orders are delivered within 5 working days, but express options are often available. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse.
What happens if I'm not home for the delivery?
Our couriers operate with a "leave safe" policy for your convenience. If you are not home, they will attempt to leave your parcel in a designated safe place, with a neighbour, or will re-attempt delivery. You can specify your "leave safe" instructions at checkout to guide the driver.

How can I find a specific product?
You can use the search bar at the top of our website to look for any product by name. A dropdown menu will show you the most relevant products and categories related to your search.
Can I make changes to my order after placing it?
If you need to amend or cancel an order, please contact us immediately. We can only accommodate changes if the order has not yet been dispatched from our warehouse. For cancellations after the order has been picked, a restocking fee may apply.
What should I do if my order is late?
If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please check the tracking link provided in your dispatch email. If you need further assistance, contact our customer service team with your order number, and we will investigate with the courier.
Cage is great size for a hamster.
Lots of room and the trolley underneath makes it great for viewing and a handy storage place for all ‘Charlie’s’ gubbins – good work, team
I would recommend this for a dwarf hamster rather than a Syrian unless you can place acrylic sheets to stop it from reaching the top rim which could be chewed.
The stand is superb if you screw the parts in well its sturdy and the storage underneath is great.
The item was just we needed for a small pet. The lid came broken, more to do with way it was delivered. A replacement was promptly sent. Excellent customer service. I recommend highly.
Upgraded to this from the smaller grosvenor. So much more space to make life fun for your hamster! It meets the minimum requirements for Syrians and is easy to clean. An amazing improvement – thanks!
Bought this for my Russian dwarf rescue hamster, Walnut – he seems very happy in there! Because the base is so deep, you can fit lots of bedding in there which he loves to make tunnels in! It wasn’t too difficult to put together, and the fact that the whole roof of the cage folds back is great for accessing it to do spot cleans, putting in food, handling etc. My only concern when we put the cage up was that there isn’t a catch to secure the sides of the cage roof, and if you have an escape artist, they might be able to get through the gap! I think it would take a lot to do this though, and luckily our hammy hasn’t attempted this so far, but we did put a couple of books on either side on the first couple of days!
