This cage is brilliant and a really great price at little pet warehouse. It’s the perfect size for my 3 girls. There’s space for lots of ropes, hammock and accessories but also room for a 16 inch wheel as well. My girls seem happy with the height and base size. It’s deceptively big and no pictures do it justice. Unfortunately when the cage arrived one of the bars had split but a quick email to pet ware house and they arranged delivery of a new cage section on the next working day. I’ve read bad reviews about the customer service but I honestly couldn’t complain. I couldn’t get through on phone at all during the open hours but I had a reply by email within 1 hour.
My hamster loves it a lot of room to move and burrow. Can fit a proper sized wheel easily with many other accessories.
My girls absolutely love their cage, I already ad one for my boys, and wanted the same for my girls. Loads of room for hanging accessories and enrichment. I haven’t put the shelves/ramps in because they get very smelly very quickly if like mine your rats are not litter trained.
Got this cage for my Syrian hamster Otto – he loves it! My hammy is pretty big and very active, his smaller cage was fine whilst he was a pup but as he grew it just wasn’t giving him much fulfilment, and he’d started gnawing on the bars. I have to say it is huge – I’ve found it is only just about possible to move around by myself! Bar spacing is great, I did pinch it in at the top corners as suggested, although my syrian is a hefty 200g so I don’t think he was likely to get out anyway!
I agree with other reviews that this was a pain to put together, and the clips are pretty much unuseable – that said, the bars are so heavy that they’re not really necessary. Overall this is a stunning cage for the price, much better quality than any others I’ve seen on the market at this price point. Otto is very happy with his new home!
i recently got this for my three male rats, its a great size with loads of floor space and plenty of room for them to climb. its one of if not the best budget cage for rats that ive ever seen! the door size is great, the base is about 7 inches which is perfect for loose bedding. it was incredibly easy to set up, i did it alone in less than 10 minutes : ) the bar spacing is perfect at 1.2 cm, even at the edges where its a bit wider they are still too small for a rat to escape and just make it easier to pet my boys through the bars lol. 10/10

Huge cage for my 3 female rats and is bigger than it looks in pictures. Easy access with 2 large doors and plenty of rope and hammock space. Very pleased with it. Worth buying it with the stand for just 10 pounds more. Solid and sturdy once made.
This is a large cage do plenty of space for a Syrian hamster. However the gaps round the top and corners are too wide and our hamster kept escaping. There is a comment about this on the product guide but we’re we’re not able to make the gap smaller without making the next bar below bigger. In the end we have had to buy a plastic trim snd attach this round all the corners to prevent the hamster getting out. I don’t think I would recommend this cage for a hamster or certainly not until perhaps they were fully grown
Bought this cage for my 3 rats to downsize from the Blenheim Extra Tall until I can move house and have more space. This cage is fantastic for the price for a small group – it’s very large despite looking quite small in photos. The bar spacing is small and the bars themselves are very good quality metal, the door is relatively large and top door will fit a 16″ tiktak wheel through it (which was a pleasant surprise!). The plastic tray is fairly deep so great for adding substrate. It is a bit complicated to put together at first but we got there in the end! I haven’t used the ladders/ledges as I took them out in order to give me more space to hang ropes/hammocks/bridges tunnels etc. Delivery was fast and cage comes flat packed. Would definitely recommend this cage.
The cage is a good size for my rats The only issue I have had with it is when it arrived, the cage was damaged and some of the bars where bent.
