How quickly will I receive my order? We pride ourselves on fast dispatch and aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Most orders are delivered within 5 working days, but express options are often available. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse.​

What happens if I'm not home for the delivery? Our couriers operate with a "leave safe" policy for your convenience. If you are not home, they will attempt to leave your parcel in a designated safe place, with a neighbour, or will re-attempt delivery. You can specify your "leave safe" instructions at checkout to guide the driver.​
