After discovering the cage I had bought, along with my little boys new birthday present hamster, was far too small I was really struggling to find a decent size cage. This cage is PERFECT and is a really nice design/style. When the cage arrived the plastic base was cracked (I assume this happened in transit) the customer service was amazing, I had a response within one day and a new base shipped out free of charge with next day delivery. Brought this cage for an elderly gerbil who couldn’t manage his big cage anymore, he was in a tiny tank cage before getting this. He says “thanks mummy I love my new cage, it’s the best cage I ever got in the all of this year! I love it.” If he’s happy I’m happy, took a bit of building but it was worth it,
Great customer service first phone all. Cage is perfect for my hamster and she loves it. She hasn’t managed to escape just yet lol. Really recommend this cage !!
Its really good. However, the little house and wheel it comes with were too small for my syrian hamster.
